Yes, we offer onsite services. Most upgrades, repairs, maintenance, and some troubleshooting are always performed on-site. If the problem cannot be performed on-site your equipment will be returned within 24 hours.

Yes, we do although 95% of our Computer Repairs are always performed within your Home or Business.

No, all charges are supplied as fixed prices within our price list. If your job is not listed a quotation will always be provided free of charge before we undertake any work.

It is usually cheaper to upgrade an existing system instead of purchasing a new one. However, sometimes it may uneconomical to upgrade due to the system being too old or damaged.

We currently accept payments by Cash, Bank Transfers, PayPal or by all major Debit & Credit Cards. A full receipt will be given to you via email or sent via Royal Mail.
